In order for BuildingPoint Support to offer assistance for License manager issues, clients will need to grant our support team administrator access to their License Manager account by adding an additional administrator account. To grant access, first you will need to create your Trimble ID, and log in to Trimble License Manager.
- Visit Trimble License Manager and log in: https://license-manager.trimble.com
- Click on the Users tab.
- Click Create User
- Please enter the following information:
• Email:licensing@buildingpointsupport.com
• First Name:BuildingPoint
• Last Name:Help Desk - Ensure that the fields match the image below:
- Click Create New User, then click Grant Access to give administrator access
